Our Carbon Cleaning Technology
In modern engines, carbon build-up is a problem that occurs silently but comes with a serious set of consequences. Combustion conditions, city driving, frequent starts and modern technologies such as direct injection – all contribute to the deposition of carbon inside the engine.Â
This carbon buildup inevitably leads to the performance deterioration – you might experience slight “jerking” when applying gas, reduced compression, inefficient fuel combustion, increased fuel consumption, and, in the most severe cases, car parts malfunction.
That’s where H2E comes in.
Our carbon cleaning technology is based on a simple but extremely effective process that removes deposits without disassembling the engine and without using harmful chemicals. The treatment is carried out while the engine is running in place and lasts less than an hour, and the results are visible immediately after the first use.
Common Engine Problems We Address
As previously mentioned, carbon build up inside the engine weakens its performance. It leads to:
- Car jerking while applying gas
- Reduced compression
- Increased fuel consumption
- Parts malfunction
It’s also important to know that carbon buildup occurs within the engine’s compression chamber (pistons, valves), as well as the peripherals – EGR valve, DPF filter, and catalytic converter, and does not only affect older cars, newer ones are just as susceptible.
How does the H2E Carbon Cleaning process work?
During the treatment, the H2E device is connected to the intake system of the engine and injects a precisely controlled gas produced by water electrolysis. This gas then enters the combustion chamber together with air, where it’s mixed with the fuel and burns together with it. During this process, carbon deposits are broken down and expelled through the exhaust system in the form of water vapor and CO₂.
The entire treatment is non-invasive, safe and fully adapted to all types of engines – both gasoline and diesel. And, once completed, restores engine capabilities near the factory ones.
Why is Engine Carbon Cleaning important?
By removing carbon from inside the engine, the engine regains lost power, improves acceleration, reduces fuel consumption and exhaust emissions. At the same time, vital components such as the EGR valve, turbine and DPF filter are preventively protected.
Drivers who have gone through the H2E treatment usually notice after the first ride:
- Easier start and quieter engine operation
- Better throttle response
- More even work in reverse
- Lower fuel consumption
- Reduced vibrations
- Longer lifetime of the engine and its components
Who is H2E technology for?
Our technology is suitable for:
- Passenger vehicles
- Vans and light delivery vehicles
- Cargo program (trucks, buses)
- Agricultural and construction machinery
Regardless of engine size or mileage, any engine can benefit from this treatment.
Long term benefits
Regular H2E decarbonization extends the life of the engine, reduces the need for expensive repairs and significantly contributes to the overall economy of the vehicle. By investing in prevention, you save money and keep your engine in top shape.
